Knightsbridge

Sylvia is not sure what was my motivation for taking a number of photos of this young woman at a large shop in Knightsbridge.

One of the major attractions of Kensington is that it is on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow. Aston Martins park here, outside pretty flash terrace houses and villas dating from the mid 19th century.

Today (Sunday) we visited the Imperial War Museum in Lambeth.  Aeroplanes hang from the ceiling and, despite appearances, the 15 inch naval guns are not used to dissuade unruly groups of school children (the shells are too expensive).
